The best thing about fashion week is the array of designs that are showcased to the public for the first time. The excitement that takes over our souls when we spot stylish/trendy pieces from several designers. For me it was the fall/winter 2016 collection by fashion brand Monique Lhuiller that caught my eye.
The fashion presentation which had the model dressed in signature piece from the collection featured the models walking down the runway with their shiny, silky hair falling to the side of the face. Accessorized with eye glasses and belts, the models where in uniform, as they sported brown studded socks worn with their sandals.
Coats with fur as collars, sweat shirts with floral details, sheer maxi dress, tops, jackets and skirts with gold embellishment. Net kiminos are worn over see-through tops, palazzo pants are paired with big coats, thigh high skirts with slits, knit dresses and elegant dresses covered in flowers were some of the offering from this collection and I certainly feel in love every piece.
This collection certainly defeats its purpose as stylish trends for fall/winter. View the presentation below.
