New York is synonymous with big dreams and a certain style. Living in New York, photographer Justin Amoafo understands the importance of self expression and appearances in a chaotic city and in his project Upper East Side Dreams he explores that idea.
The subjects in these images were selected for their distinctive style and there was no styling or creative direction. Amoafo, who has shot Nigerian celebrities Ianya and Patoranking, says “To me, clothes tell a story.”
