Do you like cats? Well i do, and I know that majority of the people in Nigeria do not, but with this new cute accessories collection, doubt anyone can say no to it.

Louis Vuitton is no stranger to collaborations. The house’s famous logo has been mashed up with plenty of famous popular culture iconography: from the work of the artist, Jeff Koons to the red-and-white colorway of the street-wear giant- Supreme.

Now, those emblematic Ls and Vs have been re-imagined again under the vision of Grace Coddington (Vogue Contributor) for a new collection. Grace Coddington has teamed up with Louis Vuitton Creative Director, Nicolas Ghesquière to create an accessories capsule for the French fashion house’s Cruise 2019 collection which is an ode to her furry friends. The line includes leather goods, clothing, shoes and textiles — let’s just say it’s heavy on the felines. You can definitely tell that its a new kind of vibe right now with this adorable collection.

From textiles (lambswool blankets and nylon umbrellas), shoes to small leather goods and some of Louis Vuitton’s most iconic monogrammed handbags, Coddington’s drawings offer playful and fresh takes on the classics. “My collaboration with Nicolas and his team at Louis Vuitton has been so much fun,” said Coddington in a statement. “I hope it will be a dream come true” she added.

The collection which drops on November 2nd 2018, might be the nonstop trend for the Spring/Summer 2019. Following that it features a lot of designs of cats, its actually the reflection of mutual adoration of animals. Although, the collection features playful illustrations of cats, dogs and mice… but really, cats are predominant.

These days, inspirations for designs can come from anywhere and thanks to this collaboration, we have a pet inspired collection ready to be rocked.
