Wey Lately – South Africa’s Queen Of Style, Jackie Burger

It’s been a while since I put this segment up. I hadn’t had any inspiration so I kept postponing it. Well thanks to social media, I get to introduce you to the very stylish Jackie Burger.

I haven’t always known about her but recently, I came across her instagram profile and instantly got attached. Who wouldn’t? The woman always looks put together, not to mention her unique hairstyle which had me wondering where she got her inspiration from.

So back to the question – who is Jackie Burger? For those of you who don’t know, she is the former editor of Elle SA (go figure!) What does she do now? Owns the recently opened Salon 58, South Africa’s first salon (in the sense of a gathering), a studio where creatives come together to express their passions and indulge in curated content. She best describes it as “a live magazine.” Brilliant! She sure knows how to leave a lasting impression.
