Men's health is a topic that often takes a backseat in public discussions and I think it's worse in Nigeria where cultural expectations and societal pressures contribute to the notion that masculinity is synonymous with toughness *rolling my eyes*. 

However, it is crucial to emphasize that men, just like women, face unique health challenges that require attention and proactive care. Taking care of one's physical and mental well-being is essential for leading a fulfilling life. Today, we will explore key aspects of men's health and provide valuable tips for men to prioritize their overall well-being.

1. Regular Exercise:

Physical activity plays a vital role in maintaining optimal health. Engaging in regular exercise helps men maintain a healthy weight, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, enhance cardiovascular health, and boost mental well-being.

According to Mayo Clinic, "As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day" 

2. Balanced Diet:

A nutritious and balanced diet is essential for men's health. Include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats in your meals and most especially water.
